ARTIST
It’s hard to find an artist in this day and time with as much talent, artistry, and dedication as GoGo Morrow. The young Philly native began her professional music career at the tender age of nine when she auditioned and joined a children’s theater company named “The Rainbow Connection.” There she was trained in music, dance, and acting; becoming one of their favorite budding artists. She's been on the stage ever since.
From there, GoGo attended the Creative and Performing Arts HS of Philadelphia where she was trained in classical performance, music theory, and dance. At the age of 14, GoGo and 3 of her sisters formed a singing group called “Bella.” The group opened for many major recording artists such as Fabolous and Lil Wayne. After high-school GoGo attended and graduated from Millersville University where she obtained a Bachelor of the Arts in Music Business and Performance. During her last year of college, GoGo had the fortunate experience to work for Record Exec Leesa Brunson at Island Def Jam Records gaining the ‘Behind the Scenes” knowledge she would later use in building her own career.
GoGo soon after joined the Haus of Gaga where she starred in the HBO special “The Monster Ball” as Lady GaGa’s background singer and dancer touring for 2 years. She describes as a once in a lifetime learning experience, but GoGo is not just a background singer; she is an amazing artist in her own right. GoGo has made a name for her self in her city, the music industry, and is well on her way to making her mark on the world. Some of her influences include Beyonce, Brandy, Tina Turner, Kim Burrell and Lady GaGa. GoGo continues to perform in a sundry of music venues throughout the country and internationally, touring as a solo act, wowing, selling out crowds and quickly building a strong fan base. With her highly anticipated single and EP produced by Harmony Samuels in the works, and her undeniably electrifying performances, GoGo Morrow is imminently becoming one of the most popular up and coming entertainers!
